This is a workshop given by Duke Vipperman at the Vital Church Planting Conference 2012.
Duke Vipperman has 35 years of experience in active ordained ministry in Toronto, with the majority of that time spent leading a parish re-boot at the Church of the Resurrection. Now retired, Duke serves as a missional coach both in Toronto and in the Anglican Diocese of Huron.
He has a BA in Philosophy from West Virginia University and an MDiv and D Min. from Trinity School for Ministry, Ambridge Pa. His D Min project focused on church planting successes and failures in Toronto. He sees himself as a dream awakener, a strategist, a story-teller and a faith-whisperer. His passion is to help people and churches discover more of what God is dreaming and put that into action, breaking down larger actions into smaller bite-size chunks and helping people to connect their stories with God’s story. Duke is married to Deborah and they have three adult children. When not doing other things he is enjoying playing one of his guitars as well as many other stringed instruments, including sitar and panduri.
Duke is also an Institute of Evangelism Mentor and can help your church to better work with organizational culture.
Duke will help churches understand, assess and imagine new approaches to their organizational culture
